Board view
The inbox as four columns. Drag to change status.
Choose Board at the top of the inbox. Every Jot becomes a card in one of four columns: Open, In progress, Resolved, Approved.
Drag a card to another column to change its status. The reviewer's pin updates as you drop it.
The Approved column is marked reporter only. Cards arrive there when the person who reported them approves the fix.
Filters and saved views apply to the board the same way they apply to the list.
