Approving a fix
The team says it's fixed. You say whether it is.
When the team ships a fix, they mark your Jot Resolved and you get an email. Resolved means "we think it's fixed". It is not the end.
- Open the page and click your pin.
- Check the thing you reported.
- If it's fixed, open More in the thread and choose Approve.
Approved is final. It tells the team the person who found the problem agrees it is gone.
Only the reporter approves. Not the developer who fixed it, not an AI agent — you.
Not fixed?
Reply on the thread and say what you still see. The team can reopen it from their inbox.
