Trello
File Jots as Trello cards, with lists that mirror their status.
Issue trackers are available on the Team and Agency plans.
Connect your workspace
A workspace admin opens Settings → Integrations and presses Connect Trello. Approve access in Trello; the card shows ● connected.
Map a board
In the project, open Integrations → Issue tracker. Choose a board, then pick the list for each status: Open, In progress, Resolved and Approved. Press Use Trello.
A project files into one tracker at a time.
What happens
- File issue on any Jot creates a card in your Open list with the sentence, the page URL, the selector, and a link back to the Jot.
- Moving the Jot to In progress or Resolved in Jot moves the card to the matching list.
- When a card reaches your done list in Trello, Jot shows it on the Jot and asks the reporter, on their thread, whether that fixes it.
