Microsoft Teams
Announce new Jots in a channel, with status changes threaded underneath.
Notifications are available on the Team and Agency plans.
Teams is where people hear about Jots, not where they are tracked. A project can have an issue tracker and a Teams channel at the same time.
Connect your workspace
A workspace admin opens Settings → Integrations and presses Connect Microsoft Teams. Approve access with your Microsoft account; the card shows ● connected.
Pick a channel
In the project, open Integrations → Notifications. Choose a team, then a channel, and press Save.
What happens
- Each new Jot posts a card in the channel: the sentence, who reported it, the environment, the screenshot, and a link straight to it.
- Status changes arrive as short replies under that card — "Resolved by …", "Approved by the reporter" — so the channel reads as a history, not a firehose.
- If the channel can't be reached, the Jot is still saved. Announcements never block a report.
