# Threads & replies

> Every pin is a conversation, on the page it is about.

Click any pin to open its thread: the report, its status, and every reply.
Replies from the team, from the dashboard, or from an AI agent appear on the pin
as they are written — no reload.

Each reply shows who wrote it. Agent replies are marked **Agent**, so you always
know when a person answered.

## Replying

Type in **Reply…** at the bottom of the thread and send.

* Signed-in reviewers can **@-mention** a teammate. They get an email.
* Guests can reply to guest threads, but not to a team member's thread.

## Getting notified

When someone replies to your report, Jot emails you. When the team resolves it,
you get a **Fixed:** email with a button to check the fix.

To change what you hear about, open **All**, then **More → Notify me about**:
**Everything**, **Mentions and replies**, or **Nothing**.

Guests who left no email can't be notified — come back to the page to see the
thread.

## Sharing a Jot

**More → Copy link to this Jot** in any thread copies a link to the Jot in the
team's dashboard — handy for pasting into a chat with the developer.
