# The inbox

> Every report, with its repro attached, the moment it is sent.

Each project has an inbox. A new Jot appears in it while the reviewer is still
looking at the page — no reload, no polling.

## A Jot, opened

Click a row to open its detail panel:

* the **screenshot**, with sensitive fields already masked
* **url**, **selector**, **browser**, **viewport**, **device**, and **env** if
  the page was tagged with an [environment](/docs/widget#environments)
* the **recording**, when there is one — **Watch replay** opens it with the
  console and network panels beside the page
* the whole thread, with replies from people, the team and agents

Reply from here and the reviewer sees it on their pin straight away. **File
issue** sends it to your [issue tracker](/docs/integrations/linear).

## Copy as Markdown

**Copy as Markdown** in the detail panel puts the whole report on your
clipboard — the sentence, the context, the thread — ready to paste into a pull
request, a chat, or an AI assistant.

## Triage

From the list, without opening anything:

* **Status** — change it on the row. See [statuses](/docs/developers/statuses).
* **Assign** — give a Jot to a teammate.
* **Snooze** — hide it for now. The **Snoozed** view keeps them.

Press <kbd>/</kbd> to search the text of every Jot.

## Filters and views

Filter by status — **All**, **Open**, **In progress**, **Resolved**,
**Approved** — or by label, assignee and environment.

Three views are always there: **Mine**, **Snoozed**, and **By page**, which
groups Jots by the URL they were left on. To keep a set of filters, choose
**Save this view** and name it. Saved views live in your browser.

Switch between **List** and **Board** at the top of the inbox. The board is
